Outside Temp Sensor
My outside temp reads a constant 69 degrees. I think the wires by the sensor near the intercooler got disconnected somehow. I cannot find the friggin' wires though. Anybody know exactly where I should look? (The only wires I can find go to the hood light).
Yes, you have a bad connection or the sensor has came unplugged. The sensor is on the bottom, passenger side of your radiator shroud. Could just need plugged back in.
and the sensor is very cheap. I think I paid 8 bucks (or there abouts) at the dealership. I had my car in for the Column Lock recall and he put it in for free.

So I should be able to see it in plain view if I am looking straight up at the radiator shroud from underneath the car. I wonder if it's gone then. What does it look like? (Anyone have a pic??)
Lay in front of the car and look up into the shroud. At the very bottom passenger side you should see a small cut-out with a black plastic tip sticking through about 1/2".
could someone please take a pic of it...i have the same problem! i thought my car was just retarded! so could some one please take photo and circle it? id be much appreciated!

That's it. You may be able to see the wires by opening the hood and looking down the side of the radiator shroud.
