Florida race tracks

I'm a Southern Californian who is moving to Port Charlotte and would like info about Florida racing. Web sites, good tracks etc.

If you're into road course events, you can check out NASA Pro Racing www.nasaproracing.com and/or Chin Motorsports www.chinmotorsports.com for HPDE/Open Lapping Events at Sebring, Moroso Motorsport Park and Homestead Miami.

Nearest 1/4 mile track for you is Bradenton I do believe. Thats maybe an hour drives north of you. Then theres a track here in Naples but thats a only 1/8th miler.

There is a very active track contingent in the FL area. One of the best links of a compilation of DE events is here (click on calendar):

Most common DE tracks down there are Sebring, Roebling Road and Moroso.
