Yup...its coming down heavy in NW NJ...went and checked on the beauty under cover and made sure the battery tender was in working order; all appeared OK. Will have to content myself with looking at it for a while...but once I can drive it again, it will feel like a new car and bring back that PermaGrin.

England,
Can't believe you put yourself at risk to satisfy your base pleasures!
You should have at least stopped to get 5 loaves of bread, 2 gallons of milk, and 2 12-packs of double roll toilet paper. How else will you survive?
The "old people" had the local stores cleaned out last night - double-deep lines at the checkouts!
Well, in SE Michigan we got about 10 inches of the white stuff. Plowed the driveway this morning, and a few others, now I'm in the garage (got the heat turned up to about 80) surfing the forum, having a cold one, and looking at the torch red coupe - dreaming about a sunny day, top off, wind blowing through my hair..... Ugh !!!! I hate winter !!!!!! Someday, I'm going to move this hobby to a climate that works !!!! Well, on the bright side, it gives us snow bound vette owners plenty of time to clean, wax, mod our cars......
I feel for you guys. 35 degrees here wind blowing about 40mph. Sun is shining. The wife and I just got back from getting our fix. It was great driving through the hills up and down and round and round. No traffic on the roads. Now I can kick back and relax for a while.

I was going to the parts store a couple of hours ago and couldn't help but notice all the idiots out. The gas stations were all backed up, Stop and Shop was a mess... people acting like they were going to be stuck in their vehicles for the next 30 days.
People have some serious issues if they can't get by without a full tank of gas and 50 canned goods to carry them over for the next 24 hours.
So the Blizzard of 2005 is almost upon me in SE CT, so what do I do?
Do I... Stock up on groceries? Get emergency supplies? Buy firewood, matches and candles? Charge my cell phone?
Nope. Took Inferno out for 30 minutes of PermaGrin(TM) before I have to do the hibernation thing for the next 2 days.
Nothing like it. PermaGrin(TM) is the best combination drug and aphrodisiac yet invented
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. I'll all snug as a bug now

That's OK you'll be back out soon. In the meantime, this is what we take out in the snow, and it's starting to come down pretty good now. We have a forecast of 25". Now we will see what this thing can do in the powder! BTW it's Torch Red!
