Bad Injectors or fuel pump?

I did clean both grounds behind the rear wheels and the ground on the EBTCM.
Within the first week I had the car, I had sevice vehicle soon on the DIC, took it to Chevy, and they said that the EBTCM was bad and I needed a new one. I did not buy it ($900), and left the dealership. The service vehicle soon has never reappeared, but I assume that the P1571 ASR desired torque code (which has always been present) is related.

Hello, Let’s go to the next level…
This code will not clear until the engine has 40 consecutive warm up cycles and with no other problems with the system OR cleared with a TECH 2 scan tool.
Since there is no “C” with this code, the system has passed it’s self test and you should have your power back.
How does the car feel now?
