Default Fred Beans March C5 Specials!

Hello All,

This is our exciting March specials. We again, are offering parts to you at a wonderful and reasonable price. All parts 499.00 or less are 5% over dealer cost. Anything 500.00 and over is priced at dealer cost! If you have several parts totaling over 500.00 it is still 5% over dealer cost. In order to receive a part at dealer cost a single part must be 500.00 or more. Again, shipping is reasonable.

We offer this pricing on any and all Genuine GM Parts. It could be engines, accessories, parts for your Cadillac, etc. If you are requesting a price on any other part not listed here please email us or call us directly. We normally don’t have time to visit the forums during the day. You will get a faster response by email or a phone call.

You may call myself (Gene) or my assistant (Jeremy) and we will be happy to help you with all of your parts needs. Please call us at 610.495.1700, email me gculley@fredbeans.com

The GM drilled and slotted rotors are NOT coated and will rust, unless you do something with them. I have installed a few sets, and find if you use the VHT paint on the majority of the rotor, no rust. The pads will clean the rest of the rust off as soon as you apply the brakes. Just remember, coated rotors will still rust where the pads hit the rotor and wears the coating off.

Hello All,

Thanks for answering the question and thanks for the feedback. Believe it or not, I've seen a couple of guys make a template for all of the holes and all and then they painted through the template. It seems a bit excessive to me, but hey, if there's no rust then what was really excessive

Gene I heard the LS7 crate engine is coming out in the fall. Any truth to this? And if it is do you have a guesstimate on what it will sell for?

That's pretty funny...if you really are worried about it, just paint the entire rotor before installing it...in a few minutes of hard braking, you'll burn off all the paint in the contact area, leaving paint in all the areas you initially wanted. I've done this before, it works excellent.

Placed another order with these guys yesterday, they are top notch

I have a 03 50AE A4coupe. Does this model come with the same size sway bars (front & back) as the Z06 that you are advertising?

More than likely it will. Right now there is no estimate on pricing and/or availability.

Without being at work, I know that they're a couple dollars each. I'd hate to see you pay more for shipping than the actual items.
