I totally agree. UPS is tougher on their packages and will try their d@mndest to get out of a claim. It's a total racket; their insurance. They will try to blame it on inadequate packaging every time. I've seen packages that looked like they were dropped from an airliner to the destination and they still claim it was inadequate packaging. If the item is easily breakable, use FEDEX.

Yessss..sir,

It may be a little extra but FedEX is the one. Much easier shipping than UPS and the insurance is a piece of cake with FEDEX as well. I have had problems with UPS..

FEDEX is the best.. you get what you pay for..

Fed Ex Ground, formerly RPS, is actually cheaper than UPS by a long way.

UPS does suck my A$$!

Had the same problem with a set of wheels bought on the forum. Filed a claim. They said that I could not, only the shipper could file the claim.

A fork truck speared the box and bent a rim. Holes in box identical to that of a fork truck, through the styrofoam, and denting the inside of the wheel.

Refused claim. A$$holes.

Fed Ex doesn't like to pay claims either..

But I'd go with the FedEx anyday over UPS.
I'd say UPS is headed down hill!

Better to go with the U.S. Postal Service. Cost is comparable and they will pay off claims.

Plus it helps pay my salary so I can afford my toys!!!

ENJOY THE RIDE, I DO!!!
