Default Z06 & 'Vert partition for sale...

I have a perfect black partition that has carpet on both sides that I bought during a group buy from Crazy Cowboy.
It's only a few months old and is like new. $75 plus actual shipping charges.
Thanks,
Dan

Is this the partition that fits in the front of the trunk and hids the top? Does it have the word Corvette in red embroidered on it? What are the Pros & Cons of these things? I want one mainly for cosmetic bling but have never talked with anyone who ones one.

Thanks!

You're right on where it fits but mine is solid black with no logo.
They are claimed to reduce tire noise from the rear and help with the cooling and heating of the interior since it closes the cargo area off.
I honestly can say it helped on road noise, my runflats where worn and noisy and the wife and I both noticed an improvement.
It fits nice and also keeps stuff from sliding into a stored top.

Aren't the 'vert and FRC/Z06 partitions different shapes?

Thanks. They look very different to me. I can't see how the convertible partition would fit an FRC very well.

Scoob,
It was in my 'vert but according to Crazy Cowboy and his webpage, it will fit both body styles.

Ron has first dibs, waiting on his reply.
I have the PM's saved in order in case Ron declines and will contact you folks.
Thanks,
Dan

These partitions do indeed make a difference in areas claimed (reduced road noise, faster cabin heat and cool) not to mention that they look great and do a nice job of sectioning the rear storage from the cabin, while still leaving a considerable shelf area within driver/passenger reach behind the seats. Great addition to any car. Just my .02

Good luck with the sale.

Thanks guys for the input.
Ron has a '02 Z06 and since we live fairy close by (and he was the first dibber) we are gonna see if it will fit. If it does, he will buy it and if it doesn't, I will let you folks know ASAP.
Thanks again for the interest.

If the pictures above are the actual looks of both the partitions then I would say that the convertible one is not the same as the Z06 one and I would want the actual one that fits 'better' for my application, so if you can verify that the convertible one does look like the picture posted above, and not like the other Z06 pic posted then I will have to pass unfortunatly, just looking for the right piece that will do me best.

I'm not sure who's partitions are pictured above, what I mean is who made them.
Ron, you can go to exoticvette.com (Crazy Cowboys home page) and read & see for yourself on what he makes.
I sure don't blame you for wanting to get the right one, that's why I suggested to meet and try it out.
Just let me know so I can let these other guys know.
Thanks,
Dan

Just PM or email me if Ron doesn't take it, Dan. I'll send the Paypal.

Ron - just let me have the partition, man!!
I sold "our" Black LT1 into WV and bought a Pewter 2000 vert! You started me down the road to financial chaos!! Thanks!!
