3" x-pipe with high flow cats. very nice, clean welds. pulled from mti z06

Will the x-pipe and headers work on a 1998? Also, will this setup pass the sniffer test on emissions in California? What brand of headers and x-pipe are they?

yes i pulled them off a 98. they are tpis headers
