Seen one for sale on here about 2 years ago. It went quick. I sent pics to Austin(forum vendor) and he said he could make one. Maybe someone else knows more. Good Luck

About halfway down this page it says:
replaced the stock shifter **** with Mallory Billet Aluminum's black ball with the C5 emblem etched into the top.
This is mounted atop the new ripper shifter. Instead of the boot, I now have a shift plate, with the gear numbers engraved into it, with all the shift gates.
