Stand up guy. Sent me the "double" when I had ordered the single. I figured I could live with it but e-mailed him about the error just in case he needed to fix his procedures. Told him he did not need to get back to me.
Within 30 minutes got an e-mail back apologizing and saying the single would be sent out with a mailing label to return the double free of charge.
Came today, the double is headed back.
That's customer service....

Just purchased one, spilled my soda for the 3rd time today since I purchased my Vette, 3 strikes and I finally took a crowbar to my wallet for a 50 buck cup holder
