Your going to use CATS? Why? your in Michigan right? Shoot I live in SOCAL but I'm actually from Michigan. I'm leaving here friday to go back and visit my family. During that time I will be taking my paperwork to secretary of state just so I can register my car in michigan and still be mod happy out here. 
To answer your question these headers will fit your car. If the AIR system needs to be removed you can make a block off plate. if you cant do this, give me a week or so and I will make a block off plate for these headers. (not too hard) the car will need to be in the air high enough for you to crawl under the car and install the header from the bottom. You should be able to do it with jack stands. Jack the car up as high as you can get it.

smell
I do not know why everyone mentions that smell as I have Melrose longtubes without cats and i never had a smell.HP tuners took care of my codes for the cats.

Your ad states $559 for the package, yet when I follow the link and select ADD TO CART, it shows a price of $649. Can I assume that the price referenced in the posting is the group buy price?

OBX was kind enough to take a price increas this week but honored my quoted price for our group buy.
the famous auction site has these at 649.99 plus same shipping now as well so Its not me guys raising the price after interest is shown.
If your around next Saturday at Ballweg Chevy for the car show I will be there. Stop by and say hi and we can talk about these headers as I should and we all should hopefully have them by then. I am hoping to have tracking info tomorrow.

NOTE
The price will be different as OBX took a price increase to these. NOT just for me but they are on the famous auction site as well for 50.00 more than before.
trust me i got a call from OBX telling me i had some people upset with our corvetteforum group buy...
