650hp normal aspiration or 525hp turbo/SC (at the crank) according to site I found them on. It also confirmed pricing info he provided was very accurate.

Lingenfelter says with a Kenny Bell BAP you can get 650hp with f/i they recommend a maximum of 17 volts with the BAP.

LPE used to have an exclusive deal on this pumps with walbro but they were not selling enough so Walbro started selling to all of their distributors. As the quote that I pulled from another post the GRJ420P and a KB BAP was enough for 707 hp

How much more fuel does this deliver over a stock pump (2001) ?

We have never done any testing on the stock C5 pumps but AC delco pumps from other gms usually flow from 120-160lph.

I will contact walbro tomorrow and find out the exact pump they use in the housing than post up the results we have from that pump from our independent testing.

I got no where with walbro today they just say its a GRJ420P pump inside the housing which I would assume its not.. I am not about to cut one of these open lol so I am going to assume they have the typical GM 255lph pump the F-20000-169 here is the flow data for that.

Your test results seem strange ?

More pressure, less fuel volume and less HP support ?

If you're using the same size line and increase the pressure, it would seem to me that it would pump out more fuel until you exceed the pipe diameters ability to increase the volume of fuel.

According to your chart @60PSI this pump only supports 435 BHP, that seems to be the same as a stock pump or maybe less.

Can you please explain this ?

Okay so I took apart one of the modules a few minutes ago and Walbro was right it is a specific pump for that module. It appears to be the same as a GCA761-2 which is the neon srt-4 255lph fuel pump. I need to send a few other pumps down to RC for flow testing so I am going to go on ahead and send the grj420 pump out of the module so I can get a flow chart for that pump. Test results will take about a week to get back.

As far as the F20000-169 pump goes that is the under achiever out of all the walbro 255lph pumps. If you want to start a separate tech thread on the fuel pumps I have flow data for all the walbros along with flow data for our proprietary 255lph fuel pumps. I can also post up pics of the insides of the walbro pumps to better explain why the pressure drops off at higher PSI.
