Can you tell me who makes the radiator, and if it has an oil cooler option? Also shipping quote to 60542.

I honestly don't know who made it since I bought it over a year ago off a Corvette shop that went under. I don't think it has an oil cooler option.
Hopefully someone one here can tell me who made it. It's a really nice piece. PM sent on shipping.
