I completely beg to differ. Driveability is based entirely on the tune and more importantly the quality of the tune. I DD this cam without any major issues. i could put around in 6th gear at 1500 rpms going 30 and it drove like stock. The tune you receive is going to determine the quality of your DDriveability.

Yea I saw 2xx when I searched, but that didn't tell me much because 200 to 299 is a huge difference. Either way it is too big for the 5.3 na I am building.

Driveability is an issue with ANY cam if the tune is not done properly. My tune, build was done by a very reputable shop (LGM). My car with the G5X3 ran VERY WELL it is a great cam.. There is NO WAY that cam drives like stock.

I digress... Just stating my experience with cam.

Then you need to re-evaluate who tunes your cars. A tune should not take less than an hour and a half and 3-5 dyno pulls.

I have had a Magic stick 4 tuned to drive like stock and still get 30 mpg's.

Is it a big cam? yes. is it a HUGE cam? not really.

My experience with this cam was absolutely great. so for those of you worried about DD dont be unless you have plans to cut corners on a quality tune. you get what you pay for.
