Hello Black95coupe,
Totally depends on your driving habits however a quick search through the forms shows people are pushing the upwards of 550 easily.
Thanks

Hello Crazy03Z06,
Honestly i would recommend the slave because its a *&% to have to go back in there just for it. I will leave it up to you on the master however honestly if your not having issues with it I wouldn't replace it. Anyways here are your part numbers:
24264180 - LS6 Slave Cylinder
12564455 - LS6 Master Cylinder
14061685 – Pilot Bearing
pkc6ls7clutchkit - Ls7 Clutch Kit
I personally would recommend looking into running RedLine Brand gear oil once you get your trans back.
Thanks

I want to upgrade to the LS7 clutch but unsure on what I need. I have to get my tranny rebuilt due to bad syncros. So since im taking out the tranny might as well replace the clutch as it has 50K miles on it (still runs strong and no slippage). What all do I need to replace and can you give me p/n and price please?

Yes sir, indeed it dose! You should be fine without the master, however i would highly recommend replacing the slave as its a pain to have to go back in there just to replace it
Thanks man,

Do I PM here to order or go to the website?
Also, would this clutch be a good choice for a 525hp LS2 with a higher rpm range cam than stock? I believe my cam is a Crane HR220 but can get the exact info later. Currently using a 3,200 stall auto but getting converted to a C5Z06 trans.
Just wondering if it will be too heavy and I should get an aluminum flywheel.
Thanks,

Hey Man,
Sounds like you have a good build going on
Alright so heres the deal with aluminum vs steel flywheels, with aluminum ones you will loose that off the line torque as it does not create enough rotating interia to get the car moving, you will have to rev you car way up to get it moving. Although once you get with the aluminum with the less rotating mass you will free up some power and viseversa with the steel you will have the off the line but loose some of the power in the upper revs due to the parasitic drag the added rotating mass causes. Hope that helped you out
Personally I feel that this clutch setup will make you happy, do you have any plans for the circuit or doing some events?

Thanks for the info. I was concerned it may keep it bogged down in the low rpms where there isn't as much torque. But it sounds like the steel would keep it running easier and I'm not going to miss anymore hp.
I've already track day'd it a few times with the auto and smoked it.
Do I order through the website to get this deal?
I'm going to have to buy bolts and pilot bearing and guibos and throw out too.
Feel free to pm me as I'll get to that quicker.

Mike- can you PM me if these are still available?
Also- do you know anything about having to swap counter weights from the stock LS6 flywheel to this LS7 one? I would assume that since its GM factory that the answer is no, but just want to double check.
Thanks!
