These are very barely used with no leaks. I bought them lightly used myself. I put them on the car over the winter and with a crazy schedule, only ran it for a whopping 2 HPDE weekends at VIR and about 1,000 street miles. They are the "stock" LG valving and spring rates. All hardware included. I do NOT have spanners (any off the shelf spanner works just fine).
