+1 for NFS in the customer service department. Jake interpreted my last post as me not having any tracking info, when in fact I do have tracking info and the setup should hit my doorstep tomorrow! He immediately contacted me to ensure that my order was being handled appropriately.

You would need rear flares to fit the 19x12's.
Other wise it will be the standard fitment
18x9.5 & 19x11

We have not gone with a 355 in the rear nor as Forgestar.
Yes we do mount & balance wheels before shipping
