Beware: Lewis 5 Motorsports AVOID
Triple charger my card and now cant get a hold of them. Only answering machine, no replies to email, their website off line. I Hope the a-holes are burn in hell. $3600 for one set of fenders.

Hello Susan,
If you just take a moment to look at your records you will see that the $2400 was never sent to me. Through out this whole I have tried to work with you guys on this:
1) Sent Money Orders to you so you can avoid the 5% fee on your side.
2) Sorry they where sent to the wrong place, but you have not updated your website with the new address and you did not mention there was a new address.
3) While waiting got the MOs to show up, I paid for them again. Charge to my debt card 11/25/2015. I did that to help you.
4) When you received the MOs you tried to refund my $1200, but you charged me another $1200 instead of refunding it. I sent you a copy of my account showing.
5) After 5 days of not receiving the refund after you said it was sent, I filled the claim. Seriously what could I do at that point.
Please check your accounts and you will see the money was never sent. If you want I can send you copy of my accounts showing I never received anything.
I hope you can handle this in a prompt and professional manor. I am getting frustrated that you will not answer or return my calls.

Hello Susan,
I still have not received the refund you promised on Dec 17 2015. The original charge on my card on Nov 25 2015 was to cover the $1200 money order lost in mail. You received money and promised me a refund which was done on Dec 17 2015. Instead of a credit it was charge. So now that is a total of $2400 card to my card along with the $1200 money order. You promised to refund my $2400 on Dec 17 2015. After 5 days of waiting and numerous calls to you, I filed a claim with Wells Fargo my bank. That is why I dropped this for so long. Now they are saying to can not process the claim and it is up to me to get the money.
Can you please do the right thing and refund my money? At this point I have got one set of fenders and I am out $3600 for them. Please refund my money here.

That is brutal. Have you tried calling their local sheriffs dept? Also if there was a money order involved I would be contacting the postmaster, you could potentially get a fraud settlement there if you can't get traction on the credit card.
If that fails, I would be on a plane to pay a visit in person and not leave until it was settled. I hear Florida is nice this time of year...

I took the time to read through all the emails, and man, they really took you down good.
First of all, for a set of 2 inch flared fenders, im assuming they are for the rear, the price is like $799.00 or less, why did they charge you $1200?
Also Paying with a money order was just a bad idea from the beginning, then double paying before you got your money orders found, and then giving them your credit card info .......man this brutal
They've played this double billing game with others before, you should talk to the admins here at the site, and if they don't refund the money back for you, L5 should be permanenantly banned from selling anything here, even if its through other companies
First of all, for a set of 2 inch flared fenders, im assuming they are for the rear, the price is like $799.00 or less, why did they charge you $1200?
Also Paying with a money order was just a bad idea from the beginning, then double paying before you got your money orders found, and then giving them your credit card info .......man this brutal

I completely agree but unfortunately, given the track record, I'm not so sure this would happen... I for sure will never deal with them... op, stay on them and your bank and I hope you are able to get your money back
