Question. If I don't add the HID Hi Beams does that mean I will not have high beams at all?

You will have them, you will just have brighter high beams

Lows yes. Highs will be about the same if you don’t add the HIDs.
If you don’t use highs often you'll be fine with the hid lows only. Most don’t use highs enough to justify the cost.

Lows will stay on. Our plug n play relay harness (included) gives the projectors that feature
