Default Radiator Shroud Panel

I figure this is a long shot and I will need to contact a corvette wrecking yard, but I am removing the blower from my C5 and going back to NA. This requires a factory style air flow through the radiator.

If anyone has one laying around, I'd be glad to take it off your hands.

To be clear, this is the long flat sheet of black plastic which goes into the nose of the car and above which most factory air filters rest.

Maybe I have the wrong term in mind. I have the radiator fan shroud on hand. What I am seeking is the flat sheet of plastic which extends forward and down from there into the nose to keep airflow contained to the radiator. The factory air filter assembly sits over this.
