P1514 is the calculated airflow table.

Whatver mods you have made to the engine, it is now flowing more air than that table will allow.

Set the values higher on that table until the error goes away.

Ok, But My Car is Stock other than a Zo6 Airbox , Some Sort of high flow intake tract and a ported Throttle body.
Should I ditch the TB for a Stocker?

No.

Your motor is making more power than it was before the mods.
Go find someobdy near you with some tuning software to raise the values on the the P1514 table.

P1514 is a sanity check on the engine airflow via TPS and Engine RPM.
More power at any of the TPS or RPM ranges = P1514 error.

I have seen quite a few throttle body failures. It seems that the coolant passages find their way into the windings of the servo causing intermitant conditions. Since you did not mention a power loss... that's all I can offer

If engine runs reasonably well then I doubt TB is having problems.

You may want to take it to a tuner first because it does sound like your engine is consuming more air (CFMs or mass air flow). This is a good thing meaning you can potentially make more power.

I Just Find It hard to Belive that a TB will Make the Car through a Check engine Light and Run on 2 Cylinders.
Is There anything else that would make it throw this Code?
I also get a "Service Traction Control" Light too.

00, I used to get this code all the time. More so after my sc install. I cleaned my grounding points on the front frame rails and replaced my tac. This cured my problem although I did increase my 1514 table by+1 across the board just for added insurance. Hope this helps. Jer.

The throttle blade binds and it's sensor does not match the expected reading, thus "reduced power mode" is initiated, also may turn on the traction control lite. I see this frequently....

Honestly you need to do what Ken from HPtuners said. Take the 1514 table and increase the values by say 15%, see if that solves your problem. If not increase another 15%.

I did the same with my STOCK Z06tb when I was running the car with the MAF disabled and would get that 1514 code and would do the same, it would litterally shutdown the car with it in reduced power mode. Once I increased the table by 15% I never got it again. As Ken said, its a sanity check table. Many boosted people actually have to increase this table by 100% because when they boost the sanity check thinks the TB failed because its flowing way too much air.

Sorry I dont know what you mean by "cost me" If you have a tuning software such as HPtuners then just open that table and increase the values as we mentioned above. If you dont have one, then you will need to purchase one.
