Default check engine light on/ Knock sensor

When I drive my 99 FRC in 6th gear at low speeds the check engine light goes on, I checked it with the OBD II scanner and P0332 code came up witch is the Knock sensor input to low bank 2. What do I do? Do I change the knock sensor and, if so where is it, and where could I buy one? thanks for any info

Default knock

Just my opinion, but I think it is really harmful in the long run to
lug your engine down, ie driving real slow in 6 gear. Only time I use
6 gear is on the freeway at 70mph.
