If I buy the HPTuner, will that be capable of turning off the "Service Ride control" light on my 01 Suburban, as well as all the other cool things it will do for my 99 corvette?

yes as long as one license is for the 99 vette and the other is for the 01 suburban. hptuner comes with 2 licenses so all you have to do is tell them which vehicles you want to have licenses to.
