on the power enrichment screen, does -4 mean 3% leaner or does -3 mean 3% leaner?
also on the spark advancement screen, does +7 mean 28 degrees of timing at WOT? and does +10 mean 30 degrees at WOT?

on the power enrichment - the extremes on the scale represent "around" 1.5 units of variance of the AFR. So if your AFR is 11.5 and you max out the one side of the scale; you will have leaned the AFR to "around" 13.0.
Remember this field of change affects WOT AFR only.
the spark screen is in "percent" - not actual degrees of timing. "10" would mean a 10 percent change of what the timing was originally. So if the factoiry advance was 28 degrees at WOT , a "10" alteration would make the new timing 30.8 degrees.
