Replace TPS assy & tac module, sensor pk 3.339 and mdl tb 3.670, service FI TB, flush FI.
Sounds like a shot gun fix. To replace the TAC module and TPS sensor. To have both bad at the same time is rare. Think about what are the chances that you break two things at once. The TAC module can say that the TPS is bad and its actually the TAC module, saw this first hand. You got your old parts right. I would bet that it was a bad TAC module but not a TPS.
is the car stk? you may have an unmetered air leak. If the TB is allowing more air than is in the calc air table than it will trip the limp mode. If the TB was ported or air is leaking around the coupler it will go into the limp mode. IMHO I would check it.
