PCM code 1120 ?

PCM code 1120 ?
Does anyone have an idea as to why PCM code 1120 (Throttle position sensor 1 circuit) would show up every time I turn on my key? I can clear it and then the car seems to run fine until I turn off the car and restart it. I've replaced the TPS and the plug on the wiring harness. Thanks.
