You've driven the car plenty for the PCM to have adjusted to the increased airflow by now. I know you said you checked everything for tightness, but there really can't be any other cause for that code than unmetered air entering somewhere downstream of the MAF. I have to wonder if you have a crack or leak somewhere.
Try this...
Get a pump applicator (like an empty bottle of detailing spray) with windshield washer fluid and spray it onto the body and seams of the air bridge and coupler (while the engine is running). This should confirm or eliminate the possibility of air entering there. If you do find a leak, and a small amount of liquid gets sucked in, it should be harmless - windshield washer fluid is primarily a mix of methanol and distilled water.
