No, well kinda sorta.. LS1Edit can read HP tuners bin files. Doesn't seem to work with 1998 files though. HP Tuners, can't read LS1 edit files. EFI Live can also read HP tuners files as well...
You can open them and use them for reference..

To add to what was previously said - the new (2.x) version of HP Tuners writes out files that are proprietary and cannot be read by those mentioned previously.
If I have a custom tune in the PCM, (done using LS1 Edit or HP Tuners or whatever), can I use a Predator to save that tune on my PC? And maybe send a copy of that tune to someone else, to install using a different Predator?
Basically I'm wondering if the Predator can be used to capture and distribute tunes that were originally created with other software.
Correct as long as it was not locked by the previous tuner (as originally posted by 1998ws6370). Also, you must have purchased the software for the model year and platform you are tuning with at least some of the packages.
