Default Code after engine swap MAF

I asked this in the Tech section buy no response. Maybe have a better response here? Motor went from LS1 to LS2 402.

Car is running extremely rich and will throw the P0101 code. I cleaned the MAF and checked for any possilbe vacuum leaks as well as checking the 02 sensors being plugged in. Any ideas?

BTW, car is running 10.8, 11.0 at idle and if I hold it steady at around 2K it will hang around 12.2.

What are you using for comanded fuel at open loop Lambda, EQ or AFR?
P0101 is a sanity check for the MAF. You may be flowing a lot more air. What are you using for a tune?

The PCM will constantly check the MAF operation by comparing the MAF calculated airflow against the calculated airflow using speed/density calculations. If the difference exceeds the threshold value at the particular speed/density calculated airflow then P0101 will be set. When this code is set you revert to speed density mode which is running off of the VE table. The MAF is disabled at this point. This is why you are running rich.
Two ways to fix:
Scale the P0101 error code table or scale the VE table.
Just fixed a 427 today.

Has the cylinder volume been changed in the PCM?

Thanks for the responses ya'll! As far as the tune, I took my PCM in and had a 402 base tune put in. I will be going in Monday morning to have the tune tweaked. My fuel pressure is at 61-62.

I suspect the cylinder volumn has been changed correctly.

Commanded fuel? Don't know the answer to this as I haven't started learning LSX tuning yet but do have plans in the future to do so.

I've been told it will be safe to drive the car to the tuning place so hopefully it will all be worked out tomorrow morning.
