Haven't used one on a Vette yet, but I have used one in a truck. I have used it on the dyno. At the time, I did not have the wireless function. I have not tried the wireless unit, but expect to in the next couple of weeks. Craig is a good guy, and he has provided excellent support. Do you have any specific questions?

nothing specific, just interested in the 'on the fly' tuning aspect of the pcm

Been thinking about it but $800+ on top of your tunning software is a little to rich for me right now. But EFILive has a few "live" tunning parameters. Fuel and spark with bi-directional controls.

Seems to work well particularly when you familiar with a given setup, but need to make some small adjustments. In that respect, it is much like the bi-directional controls, just more powerful. I am looking forward to testing out the wireless part, and doing some tuning while heading down the road. Eventually, I assume that the AutoVE process will be hooked up so that the VE table is updated real-time for you. There are some aftermarket systems that do this which make tuning the VE table very easy. In fact, it will almost make you sick. They do have a setting to enable a crosshair dispaly so you can "see" where you are on a given table.

Cant you do the Auto VE tune with EFILive already, with a WB makes it spot on without much hassle. (from what I heard on the EFI forums... no real experience though)

I have it and it works absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! Makes tuning 1000 times faster and easier. Nothing like solving driveability problems while actually driving.

I've also been using one for quite some time. I love it especially for some of the more radical cars that come by.

I just upgraded mine to wireless. That is sick.. I can sit at the end of my driveway, play with the tune while the car is running and surf the internet all at once.

We've also been using it for quite sometime now and we wouldn't calibrate a car without it now. Here's the link from a few months ago when we first began using it.

If DTE trusts it... that's a good sign.
