Emission Help - codes not ready

Emission Help - codes not ready
This year I am unable to pass emission. I have three codes that show up as "Not Ready"
AC Air conditioning Refrigerant Status = Not Ready
CAT Catalyst Efficiency Status = Not Ready
OS2HEAT Heated Oxygen Sensor Status = Not Ready
I belive the CAT & OS2HEAT are turned off intentially by my corvette tuner due to straight pipes. The AC status is puzzling. Its working fine. Because I have a 98 corvette, I am allowed two "not ready" codes within Illinois.
Does anybody have suggestions/recommendation for correcting the AC status? I have gone through the recommended drive cycles but have had no luck.

FAST Intake
AFR heads
Blower Cam
Full Exhaust
Rebuilt transmission
Rebuilt rear end.

If you are allowed two not readies, you should pass as is...
The A/C code is NOT powertrain related, and should not be relevant to passing emissions.
If you have SIMS and or no CATS and they see that, you WILL fail anyway.

AC has nothing to do with power train unless it part of a safety requirement for your state.
