There's a guy in the Seattle area who does mail order tunes, dyno tunes, and ride-alongs. I've used him before and he's very knowledgable. The best part about his mail order tunes is that you don't have to remove your PCM - he'll send you a handheld with a custom program. Check out his website: http://www.trifectaperformance.com
I can HIGHLY recommend Tom Wong (Wong's Performance Engineering) in Vancouver WA. He has a loaded Mustang Dyno and is an excellent tuner with years of experience. He did an awesome job on my 03 A4.
It would't hurt to call him and chat about your wants and needs. Here is his biz # 360-695-9433
Looks like Charlie just sells the file for $100. Does that mean I have to buy some software?
Trifecta looks like a good way to go. I won't have to take my wheel off to get to the PCM. I'll ping them.
Thanks for the help
Yes - you need to buy software AND a cable if you want to use Charlie. Trifecta's offering is much simpler. They'll send you EVERYTHING you need in the mail. Just plug it in and go. Using the handheld couldn't be any easier.

You don't need to buy any software for a Mail order tune. All you need to do is send your PCM to the tuner. Charlie (@RPM) has mine right now.
The only downside is that your PCM is out of the car for a week or so. For me it's no big deal because the driveline is sitting on jackstands waiting for the new 402/L92 combo.
