Hypertech programmer III

I previously posted this in the Tech section with no responses.
I have a canadian C5. Tried to prograqm it using a Hypertech programmer. After it read the computer It stated"Code 6D, cal not found". I called the factory, but they were closed for the weekend. Anyone know what to do next?

Give the Tech Department a cal l at (901) 382-8888 Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CST.

I'm guessing there was an update released in Canada and your programmer just needs to be updated.

OT : What about the new Hypertech Tuner that is available from Ecklers? It has a completely new look. Just curious if anybody has tried it? Better than the older one, or the same?
