Recurring 0430 code
It's an 01 Coupe with American Racing Headers, Halltech Stinger intake and Borla Stinger axle-backs.
A 0430 code keeps coming back even after 3 tunes. It's probably popped up 6 times since the header install in November. I understand it deals with 02 sensors.
Is it a problem with my car or should I seek a new tune from another supporting tuner? Recently just changed my plugs and wires - oil chnages every 3K.

The P0430 code is a common one for a header install- If your tuner deleted these codes--make sure it is set to "no mill" and " not reported"-To turn it off correctly you have to turn each code off in 2 different places--The DTC enabler & the DTC Mill/No Mill tables
Also look for exhaust leaks--Another issue is to make sure the cats are close to the same physical position as they were in prior to header install----Make sure the front 02 sensors are close to the same physical position as they were in prior to header install ----rear 02's as well---I would do rear 02 delete programming regardless if the cats are there or not--OR install some rear 02 simms--
Headers change the operating temps that the cat system was designed to operate in--Also moving the 02 locations or the cat locations change the operating temps too--Have your tuner do a rear 02 sensor delete and that should take care of it---They will still work but just not quite as efficiently as before--but it is a small trade-off for the header performance---(IMHO)
