Default Loading Stock Tune

I bought a 2003 Z06 with headers, exhaust, ported throttle body, varaam, pulley and a cam. I am going to be going back to a stock cam, but keeping all of the bolt on stuff. My friend has HP Tuners that I can use. I have used his HP Tuners on my LS1 camaro and I have the stock file saved, so I know that I can load it back, but for the vette, the tuning was already done when I bought the car so I don't have a copy of the stock file. Is there an easy way to load a stock program or a program for bolt-on cars?

Thanks for all of the help, and sorry for being so clueless about this?

Just do the cam swap, and retune it.
It will still benefit from a proper tune even with the stock cam.

BTW, thats ALOT of work to de-mod a car....why not just go to a smaller cam maybe, since you will have it all torn apart anyhow?

I don't really want to invest the time to retune it because I really know nothing about how to use HP tuners or tune a car and I don't really want to learn because I have too many other things going on in the life right now.

What actually happened with my car is that I blew the motor and I am just going to swap a stock LS6 engine in it.

If you have HPTuner, you can go to the Tune Repository on their website and locate a stock tune for download. Will need the serial number off the MPVI interface.

Thanks, I didn't know that it would be that simple. And I can load that exact program onto my car?

Yes, you may have to use 2 credits, not sure, but there are 2 stock z06tunes there I saw. They are identical (so either both are stock or both are not....going with stock. The only difference is throttle cracker have enable (1 and 2 mph) swapped? Enable s/b 2 and disable s/b 1.
