As for what to do, Im not sure how things are run in portugal but on this side of the pond if some one makes a mistake like that on any vehicle let alone a Vette we take it back to them and get it done right.
So to start I would take it back to whoever worked on your car and see wat the heck he did and how/were to get it fixed ASAP
This happened to me once, went almost for two years no one knew what was wrong with my car, every time I was doing almost 80 the car would not go any faster, only if I push the traction control off the car go faster, when I got new tires I found out the air scoop on the rear rocker panel, or funnel air to the rear brake, that I had installed was touching the left tire, That was my problem, went on for almost two years, I hope you fine out about your c5 problem, I sure hope it's nothing big.

With the F45 and I believe it's the same for the F55 suspension (if you have a switch on the center console to change the suspension firmness then you have the F55 in an '03), if there is a problem with the suspension, the car is limited to 80 or 85 mph. There must be something disconnected or some other problem. When I removed my stock F45 shocks I had to have the computer reflashed to remove the restriction as the car thought there was a problem with the suspension (the shocks were gone and replaced with a non-adjustable shock).
Good Luck

"Active suspension was a great idea for the Corvette. But, when it comes time to replace leaking factory dampening shocks, you got "shocked" when you discovered that the cost of ONE factory shock cost more than replacing ALL FOUR shocks with Pfadt Racing Coil Overs!
If you replace your stock suspension, however, the MIL light turns on and the car's top speed is limited to 80 MPH!"
I hope this helps.
