Relocate MAF sensor
Has anyone relocated there MAF sensor next to there TB.
If you have could you send me some pictures? I think my MAF has gone bad and my move it if I have to replace it.

Mine is a 100mm for an LS7 swap. Your MAF will be closer to the radiator. The LS7 TB is 2" farther back.
Maybe someone has a standard MAF moved.
I would encourage you to do it. You will be getting it away from the turbulance where the air from the Vararam converge. I found no issues with heat, at all.

I was adding a CAI and filter to my C5 and relocated the MAF next to the throttle body at the same time, So far it works great. Here is a link to the the thread I posted showing how I did it.

I, too, moved my stock MAF sensor back to the throttle body when I did heads/cam/intake. Aside from the MAF scaled being terribly out of whack from the rest of the mods, there have been no adverse effects of moving the MAF back.

For my 2002 C5 w/stock 85mm MAF I needed this size reducer:
3” long Silicone Reducer, 4.0" to 3.75" – Blue [SIL000542] that I got from http://www.siliconeintakes.com
