I for one am not in favor of tuning a stock A4 granted there are a couple of tweeks that can be done. First some tuners will adjust your shift points for firmer shifts. Second they will recommend going with a lower operating thermostat which will have your engine running slightly cooler. Cooler engine temps = a small gain in horse power. Third some tuners which for the life of me i can not understand will make the throttle response so sensitive that when you touch the peddle the car will feel like its launching like a rocket 0 horse power gain. If i were you i would save for a nice set of headers a new exhaust then have your car tuned, until then leave it alone
