headers poor m.p.g.
mileage went from mid 20,s to teens. just put on 1 3/4" ss headers and cold air intake. No cats air pump code comes on at times. will a tune help and what do i ask for in tune up. mail order tune up . Bob

Headers typically richen up the WOT fuel ratio--And in closed loop the computer is constantly adjusting the LTFT's--- What you need done can't be done properly with a mail-order tune--because you have to log the Part Throttle LTFT's and make adjustments--Then adjust the PE or WOT fuel ratio with a wide band 02 sensor---
