I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times (I searched but didn't find anything conclusive) but is there a reasonably priced interface that allows you to program the computer(s) in a C5 using a laptop?
I want to do some things like lower the cooling fan(s) turn on temp, etc.

For something like that, the cheapest route is probably to just take it to a tuner and let him do it. Probably under a couple hundred dollars. A Good Tuning Suite will cost quite a bit more than that.
