Default Difference between O2 sensor codes P0141 and P0140?

Can someone tell me the difference between theses O2 sensor codes? I have longtube headers and run O2 simulators for the rear O2 sensors. I was getting the code P0141 for "HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 2" which is the driver side rear sensor. I found that the simualtor wasn't working anymore. I replaced the simulator with one form another forum memeber that looks slightly different than the one I had, the LED is in a different location but other than that they look the same. The P0141 code went away but now I'm getting the code P0140 for "HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 2" which is the driver side rear sensor again. But what's the difference? Are all O2 simulators the same? I know both simulators are currently working because both have functioning LEDs. Can somebody help me understand what's going on here?

Thanks,
Mike

Default P0140 & P0141

These 2 sites below explain each Code & what to do. I had the same problem with rear 02 sensors after LTs installed, even with 02 Sims, so I finally turned them OFF (using HP Tuners)..
