Default Major P0300?? Help!!

I have a 2002 Z06 I started it up and ran real bad pulled codes and had P0300 code random mutiliple miss fire. Checked and changed plugs and wires, possible coil packs right? going to start changing them out when I get one in..... But after running the car and trouble shouting for a while I noticed my back 3 runners on Intake are so hot you cant even touch them, checked the spark plugs and on the back two driverside and back one passenger side or fouled bad? To make a long story short could it be a droped valve or why would intake temp be so hot!! if not would anyone be able to help to send me in right dirrection. I do have some mods FAST 92mm Intake and Throttle body LT headers and full exhaust cold air and just had it tuned on the Dyno not even a 100 km ago could that even having anything to do with it??
Thanks!!!!!!!

Change them all for sure. Those springs could be fatigued. If you're happy with your cam, don't worry about it. Make sure your install height is correct for the cam you have. I never recommend just throwing in valve springs. A valve spring micrometer is cheap.

Did the valve stay in the retainer ? or did it drop ? If it stayed in the retainer then most likely there is no further damage--however if the valve dropped there could be massive damage to the piston and combustion chamber---

Yes the retainer stayed and valve didin't drop! I checked the valve by fillind the cylinder with air and it held presure so it should be good.....Got lucky I guess. But I was kinda worried about my FAST Intake mannifold it got real hot from running the car because of the broken spring caused the intake valve on #7 cylender to be a little open and I was getting exhaust gas running through the intake mannifold, would that damage the intake? I have new spring set on the way I guess only time can tell when I get it back on the road. Thanks everyone for the help. This is a realy good forum for help and info!!!!!!!!!
