Hi, New to the site .Hopeing you guys can help. I have a 2001 Z06 that i put a HP twin turbo setup on. When the car makes boost the timming gets pulled like 20 degrees or more. There is no dettination or pinging, engine is running fine. I put new knock sensors and 02 sensors with no change. we desensitized the knock sensors and the car runs grate and makes about 510hp, but afraid to tune the car for max hp( about 640 or so) on the current set up with this ishue. Dos anyone have an idea whats up?
p.s. the gas is 93 and fresh .42 pund injectors.6-7psi boost.useing hp tunners on a dyno
[QUOTE=tazinhawaii;1567220229]Which OS are you using (assuming EFI Live). Also, is it taking timing out as burst knock retard due to MAP changing too rapidly?

I am useing hp tunners. It pulls the timming right when it starts to make boost. How would i know if its burst knock?
Hi Ryan. What are your IATs? That sensor will also pull timing without knock. Of course HP Tuners is just using the same sensor for input so if it is faulty it may read higher temps than what are actually there.
And did you log just on the dyno or on the street? There was a huge difference in mine from the roller to the street. Like 70+ degrees above ambient on the dyno and more like 20 above ambient on the street.
