Default what does this code come on?

P1515 Control Module Throttle Actuator Position Performance

it comes on, then the car will not have any throttle response, but just sit there and idle around 3000rpm, pull over shut it off take key out restart then it is fine
car has a vortech t trim blower, ls2 intake and throttle body both ported
cant figure why it is doing this???
is there something I can do to fix it?

Make sure there's nothing keeping the butterfly from opening and closing smoothly. Remove everything in front of it and have someone slowly depress the gas pedal and confirm smooth operation. You should take a DMM and verify smooth voltage transitions at the factory harness. Also if any of the pins in any of the connections aren't making good, clean contact then this might happen.

the diagnostic 1514 air table is a fail safe limit that when engaged forces you into reduced power mode. since you have a blower you may be exceeding a value somewhere in this table. The centrifugal blower is most likely exceeding the limit in the upper rpm ranges.

When you put a larger throttle body on the car the air is increased vs throttle position and the table must be changed to accommodate this, usually at lower RPMS.

If Your engine is idling ok? then the throttle position sensor is within range of its adjustment.

so I would bump the whole table up by 1.5

Lastly the idle air may need to be reduced to accommodate the larger throttle body, I'm not familiar with the ls2 device, perhaps someone else knows how much to reduce it by.

But then again I could be wrong, Hope this helps.
