Yes, here is the diagram:
If you noticed, there is nothing on that image, because there are zero grease fittings on a C5.
A little shot of spray grease into the swaybar bushings every once in a while is a good idea...that's about it though. All other flexible connectors (tie rod ends, etc) are perma-lubed and sealed.

HA!!! That was hilarious!!!! Well duh me!
When going over a bump I get a squeeking nose...hard to make the sound on here though!!

Maybe try lubing your sway bar bushings - inside only where it touches the bar. That may quiet your squeek.
