Engine swap...... ECM??

I am thinking of replacing my hurt LS-6 with the 480 horse LS-3 crate engine. Has anyone done this swap? I am wondering if the LS-6 ECM can be reflashed or do I need to puchase a new unit to go with the engine. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Lingenfelter has a reluctor converter that you can use along with a few other odd cable bits to be able to run it with your GENIII PCM. I would think this to be the best route.
