Weird Problem after tune

Default Weird Problem after tune
A while ago I had my 03 Z tuned when it was stock and I noticed that in all gears at about 2500 rpm's the car will stutter like it was to go but can't.. I have since put headers and intake and had it retuned but I am still having the same problem. I know it is probably the tune because my father had his 07 Z06 tuned by the same guy and his is stock and it does the same thing. Just wondering if this sounds normal or if I need to have the car looked at again.

Thats not normal. I would have your tuner look at it again

Thats what I figured..that Jeremy Formato guy tuned them..I don't think he did such a good job
