With all that, Dyno Tune for sure. Do not mess with a programmer.

your spending $10K on modifications. Spend another $500 on the dyno tune.

if you are doing the build yourself in your garage, then driving to a shop for a tune, Id do a mail order tune to get the car in better running condition for when you take it to a dyno shop. Its a good $150 investment.

If you're off on timing or AFR just a LITTLE with a blower, you can plan on starting over again with a new engine

Programmers, in my opinion, or just a shot in the dark. You need to know what eh engine is actually doing to tune it

Dyno all the way. Have a blown sky roadster that I trusted with the installer to complete. Lot of pep and it will scramble in the 1/8th at 8.20's and I paid for a tune. Drove from Greenville SC to Durham and know a guy with a dyno. Stopped in there and wanted to see myself what it was doing and we hooked it up. Between 2400 and 3500 my air/fuel was off the chart at past 19. That was suppose to have been a tune by a pro. Just installed my turbo on my vette and could not be happier but my deal was no one got paid unless I was standing there through the dyno and tune.
Dyno tune is the only way you will know for sure.
