ac problems
hey guys just got a 98 corvette and the ac was working fine then all of a sudden sometimes the ac button blinks for 3 seconds and doesn't turn on and sometimes it does and when it does it trows ice cold air what can it be

This is the C5 Scan and Tune section, which is for discussion about tuning the PCM... you might want to ask a Moderator to move your thread to C5 General or C5 Tech to get some answers.
Do you have an owners manual? If not, here's the answer: The A/C light will blink if the A/C button is pressed and the air conditioning is not allowed to operate. The A/C compressor cuts off at high engine speeds, and the air conditioning does not operate below about 35-40 degrees F.
