Default Need local tuner

Can someone recommend a local tuner? I live in Fairfield county, Connecticut. I have three simple things I want done.

First, I want the fuel shutoff at 2 MPH increased to 200 MPH as I just worked through a K Harness failure (column lock issue) and I don't ever want to get stranded again.

Second, I do have a skip shift bypass installed, but the 1-4 lights keeping coming on and I'd like to have that whole business deleted.

Lastly, I'd like the cooling fans to come on at a lower temperature. I have a convertible and usually drive it with the top down and the A/C off --- and in summer traffic it seems I have to turn on the A/C to get the fans to turn on below 225 deg. I'd like the fans to come on at a lower temperature with the A/C off

That's IT --- really simple --- but I don't own an HP tuner and I don't have the knowledge. So can someone point me to a local, reliable tuner in my area.

Thanks

worst case, you can always go for a mail order tune, there's some real good vendors on this forum with a great rep for doing them, it's very popular, and should be easy for the simple things you want to get changed...talk to a couple on the phone 1st to discuss your needs....it'll probably wake up your car all around as well
